2025-2026 COMPETITIVE PROGRESSIVE TENNIS PROGRAMS

The ATI High Performance Progressive Competitive programs are designed for players ages 7 through 10 years of age who are already competitive by playing in sanctioned tournaments and are looking to excel in a full-time competitive training environment. A progressive yearly curriculum is used for these programs based on ITF and Tennis Canada recommendations. The programs focus on technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills, coordination, basic physical literacy and competitive play. There are three levels of progressive tennis (Red, Orange and Green). ATI will run the competitive programs for 3/4 court (orange ball) and Full Court (green dot ball).

Please note, this program will run on indoor hard courts all five days. This program will run between Tuesday September 2nd 2025 to Thursday June 28th 2026.

3/4 Court - Orange Ball Program

The 3/4 Court Orange Ball Program Is run with an orange ball on an 18-meter court for players ages 7-9 years old. Players may transition to a green dot ball on full court during the season.  Players in this age group are recommended to be training 8-10 hours a week, play in tournaments and competing in provincially sanctioned events on a regular basis. This program will be offered 2 days a week on Indoor hard courts at the following time slots:

Tuesday 4:30-6:30pm

Thursday 4:30-6:30pm

Friday 6:30-8:30pm
