The National Group Camp (Ages 14-17 years old)

The National Group Camp is for Nationally/Provincially ranked juniors between 14-17 years old looking to train the fundamentals in a systematic developmental training environment. The weekly curriculum includes technical, tactical, physical and psychological training in order to help develop the complete player.  Players must have at least a Provincial ranking to participate.  This camp will run on outdoor clay courts.  (4 spots per week)

The Provincial Group Camp (Ages 11-13 years old)

The Provincial Group Camp is for Nationally/Provincially ranked juniors 11-13 years old looking to train the fundamentals in a systematic developmental training environment. The weekly curriculum includes technical, tactical, physical and psychological training in order to help develop the complete player.  Players must have at least a Provincial ranking to participate.  This camp will run on outdoor clay courts. (4 spots per week)

The High-Performance Green Dot Camp (Ages 8-10 years old)

The High-Performance Green dot camp is designed for kids 8-10 years of age who are playing full court with a green dot progressive ball.  The weekly curriculum includes technical, tactical, physical and psychological training in order to help develop the complete player. This camp will run on outdoor clay courts. (4 spots per week)

The High-Performance Orange Ball Camp (Ages 7-9 years old)

The High-Performance Orange Ball Camp is designed for kids 7-9 years of age who are playing on a 3/4 court with an Orange progressive ball.  The weekly curriculum includes technical, tactical, physical and psychological training in order to help develop the complete player. This camp will run on outdoor clay courts. (4 spots per week)

Option #1 (Full Day Camp)

Full Day Daily Schedule:

8:45-8:55am      Arrival

9:00-9:30am      Warm up and coordination/dexterity exercises.

9:30-11:30am    On Court Tennis - Extended warm up and work on fundamentals. Tactical drilling and competitive situations in all phases of game play.           

11:30-12:30pm  Lunch

12:30-2:30pm    On-Court Tennis - Competitive Drills and Match-play

2:30-3:30pm      Fitness/Multisport and Cool-down

3:30pm               Pick-up

Option #2 (Half Day Morning Camp)

Half Day Morning Camp Daily Schedule:

8:45-8:55am      Arrival

2:30-3:30pm      Fitness/Multisport and Cool-down

3:30pm              Pick-up

Summer Camp Details:

-Summer Camp Director: Bobby Mahal.  Coaches: Bill Cowan, Dean Coburn and Daniel Kang

-Full Day Weekly Camp cost - $450 plus HST (*Full Day Holiday week $360 plus HST)

-Half Day Morning Weekly Camp cost - $250 plus HST (*Half Day Morning Holiday week $200 plus HST)

-Half Day Afternoon Weekly Camp cost - $225 plus HST (*Half Day Holiday week $175 plus HST)

-Some camp groups/week's may not run due to insufficient numbers.

-All camps are scheduled on the outdoor red clay.  We will do our best to get on the indoor courts when the weather is inclement, if we do not get an indoor court then off court activities will be provided by coaches.

-All students must be assessed before acceptance in to camp.  You will then be given a password to register for camp.     

-Camp Registrants will receive a 10% discount off of the total when registering for 6 weeks or more of full day camps.

Main Camp Goals:

1. Increasing Steadiness by having great footwork, set up and timing.

2. Using the whole body on every stroke through very demanding drills and especially with the desire of succeeding each stroke.

3. Playing “SOLID” tactics. 

4. Being GREAT competitors and this will be reflected through the way we train. To intensively trains the fundamentals.
